1. Educational purpose; no advice

The Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The companies listed are not exhaustive of any category or value-chain tier. All figures are company-reported values or Goods Intelligence estimates derived from public sources and may be incomplete, approximate, or out of date. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or business advice, or an offer or recommendation of any kind. Do not make investment or business decisions based on the Site. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose and disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Ownership of the compilation

The selection, arrangement, classification, estimates, and presentation of the data on the Site — the compilation — are the original work product of Lehmann Group LLC (operating as Goods Intelligence) and are protected by copyright and applicable database/sui generis rights. Individual public facts are not owned by us; our curated compilation is.

3. Permitted use

You may view, explore, and reference the Site for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, and may cite limited individual data points with attribution to "Goods Intelligence — cpguniverse."

4. Prohibited use

Without our prior written permission you may not:

• systematically extract, scrape, harvest, crawl, or copy all or a substantial part of the data or compilation, by any automated or manual means;
• reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the data set or any substantial part of it;
• create a derived database, product, or service from the compilation; or
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, access controls, or other technical measures on the Site.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

Access to detailed records is logged. The data set contains traceable markers. We reserve the right to throttle, block, or pursue available legal remedies against parties who breach these Terms.

6. Cookies and analytics

We do not install third-party advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking cookies on the Site. The only analytics we use are Lovable's built-in project analytics, which Lovable provides as part of the platform that hosts and publishes this Site. Those analytics may collect aggregate, non-identifiable visitor information (such as pageviews, traffic sources, and device types) at the platform level. We do not independently track you across other sites or sell your personal information. This description is informational only and is not a certification, legal guarantee, or independent privacy audit.

7. Privacy & logging

To protect the compilation and keep the service available, we log the IP address of each detailed company lookup for rate-limiting purposes. These logs are retained for approximately 25 hours and then automatically deleted. We do not use them for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose, and we do not share them with third parties.
